I've used it and found: (1) it gives a varnish look-alike finish; (2) it requires fewer coats on new or clear wood -- 4 or 5 instead of 6 - 10; (3) it wears like iron; and (4) in subsequent years it only requires very soft sanding and 1, maybe 2 coats to again look like new. It is vital however, that you follow the directions on the can very closely, particularly regarding mixing small amounts so mixture doesn't start to dry/lump in your bucket and then streak when applied.
