Hey guys, I picked up a new to me 13' Sport earlier this week and I am trying to determine the best method for removing old blue bottom paint. The paint appears to be pretty chalky and will come off on your fingers very easily. I am not sure if sanding or something like Soy Strip would be best. Also, the gel coat on the sides and inside of the boat is clean and in good condition for its age. However, it does appear to be a little dull. Any recommendations on how to bring it back?
