If you're talking about the blocks on the sides of the rps where the swing "rods" fit - there should be 4 bolts on each. You'll have to pull the fishing rod holders out to access the nuts on the inside. Those fishing rod tubes are fastened with either 1 or 2 wood screws though the bottom wood plug - you'll need a long phillips.
