Yep. As long as the original console and RPS haven't been replaced by aftermarket versions.
Here are some examples of original classic Montauks with the original consoles and RPS (Reversible Pilot Seat).

Doesn't necessarily need to have teak to be a Classic as Tom mentions. Just the design of the hull and the original interior configuration.
