Need to replace fuel tank in my 1979 22' Outrage 70 gal. aluminum tank. Anybody make a drop in unit for this old girl, Florida marine tank phone number no good.

Yeah, as far as I know they are still in business. I ordered a tank for my banana a couple months ago. You may need to try a different number.

They make a great tank, but the shipping cost is brutal.

Sure it's 70? Should be 77 or something like that.
Anyway, the quote I had from Florida Marine (actually in NC) was about $850 for the tank and $200 or so for shipping (to RI). That was for the tank in my '84 Outrage Cuddy.
I then took the old tank to a local place and received a quote of $1025. Thanks to some connections, they reduced it to $850, but I then had to spring for a new fuel sender ($50).
