I don't have a full transom Outrage 22, but I do have a full transom Outrage 25, and the configuration and construction of both boats is fairly similar, especially since mine has the standard console, RPS, front cooler seat (162Qt) and Mills Flying Top system. It also has the factory Bow Pulpit option, which is not as common.

Instead of the Whaler Drive, mine has an Armstrong bracket, but the concept is similiar. My was ordered from the factory as a Sea Drive Blank model. Take a look:
