I do not believe that is not a Boston Whaler. While some details are similar the others are not.

The only way to tell for sure would be to see if you can locate the Stencil # in the interior transom area. If the interior has been painted, which it looks like it has has been, you would have to sand or grind the old paint off to get to the gel coat.
