My Outrage V-22 is a 1986, Hull #A22002, bought brand new.
Has a Rite-Hite 200T 6'' Jackplate, Teleflex SeaStar, and a 2.0 liters BlackMax on transom.
And YES, there is always water in the engine well at rest.
