Just get the boat. Free is even better than cheap. You need to sand off all the crazing, spider cracks down to the original glass hull, (not hard to do, or expensive, just time consuming) and sand the rest of the boat to a smooth finish. If you don`t have any major glass work to do, you are lucky, but if you do, you can do it yourself. Paint or gelcoat the boat yourself, there is plenty of info on this site. to take you through it.
