Thread subject: Whaler Central - Boston Whaler Boat Information and Photos :: Guardian 22 Divemaster side door

I finally took my Boat out yesterday and all I can say is WOW!!! wind was blowing 15-30knots and my whaler handled just perfect. the only thing was I noticed water continued to come in the side door is there any was to stop it?

Does yours have an actual door that swings open or a door that slips down into a slottted groove in the gunnel?

Mine has a door that slips down into a slottted groove in the gunnel

There should be a black rubber gasket along the bottom of the dive door.

Mine is there but it is a bit worn and does let water through too.

I haven't checked into a replacement for it but I believe Sue Lodel at Twin Cities Marine can order one from Brunswick.
