My department recently picked up a surplus Whaler. It's about 32 feet long, with twin 175 Evinrudes. Due to it not being up and running, we need to get it up and running first before the board will take it in as part of the fleet; however, we have no idea how to get it runnin. It's been tasked down to me. I don't have any manuals or diagrams to know what to plug back in from the center console to the rear engines, and what I have to do to get the motors as well as the boat to get in running and in the water to run it. Can anyone help me out or give me some info?? I hope so thank you for reading hope you can help.
