The question was;
Since that I am the proud owner of an Outrage 19'4" Classic 1975
It has come to my mind to install trim tabs on the stern section of this Classic.
Now,
I have heard that from the shape of it's stern section;
That the 21 has no need for trim tabs..
Would the trim tabs be an asset for the 19 for stability and balance?

I thank you for asking my opinion about the course of action that I would like to see being taken.
