I have a 2021 Montauk 170. Is anyone aware of any vendor who sells backrests that can be installed on the port and starboard sides just behind the bow cushion that can work as backrests, similar to the back rests than can be factory purchased for the Montauk 210

Have you considered buying 210 backrests from a dealer? Or maybe new 190 backrests from the stern?
I bought a new 210 Montauk a couple years ago, and factory screwed up and did not add the rodholders/backrests. Once they acknowledged the goof, to their credit, the shipped out the parts to the dealer right away ... and the dealer was able to retrofit the rod holders and drains (that hold the backrests).
