Refurbishing my 1984 outrage 18, the foam is water logged. Any tips on ways to remove the foam? And once I remove the foam will the hill have enough strength to be placed on a trailer to move it to add new foam? Thanks in advance for any guidance and lessons learned by you all with this projects.

Where is the waterlogged foam located? How badly waterlogged is the foam. How did you determine it is waterlogged?

Towards the stern is not very clear. Can you attache some photos which clearly show us where you are talking about.

I would also like to see where you are going to remove the foam. I have a 1985 that has been assessed as wet.
The place that came to that conclusion recommended just "use the boat".

If you do replace the foam, I would use 4# pourable. It is easy to use, but only allows about 30 seconds from mix to needing to pour.
