Thread subject: Whaler Central - Boston Whaler Boat Information and Photos :: Thru hull part name?

I am looking to possibly add another thru hull fitting for an additional bilge pump. Would anybody know the name of part 26 in the pic below? To me it is some kind of insert or a sleeve with a flange. I do not have the corresponding parts list.

That part has several names.

I call it a flange.

Ask Derek, Jason or Justin at Nauset Marine.
