Anyone know where I can get this part or happen to have one ? It goes back near the engine has railings and in the center you can use it to pull skiers or tubeers , railing broke looking for replacement . 1995 whaler 17ft dual consule dauntless

Your best bet is to have a local railing shop fabricate it.
If you are looking for the railing so you can pull someone, consider adding a TurboSwing instead.
Easy installation and the hoop is removable for storage or non-use.
