Thread subject: Whaler Central - Boston Whaler Boat Information and Photos :: how do you remove back aft seat back rests on 190 Nantucket

I need to replace my aft seats and aft seat back rests on my 2004 Nantucket 190. Anyone done this with the small back rests that are attached to the boat, is it just some screws and a plate that hold them on?

According to the diagram there are snap studs. They may be frozen together.

Slip a flatbar in back and work the snaps.

Where can I find these parts to buy ? My local dealer says they do t exist
