For securing the tank:

8 stainless oval head sheet metal screws - ~ #4 or #6 x 1"

Sealant - Boat Life Marine Sealant.

Some sit the tank on 6 squares of white Dri-Dek to protect the deck and allow water/debris to pass underneath.
