I am having tremendous difficulty removing the helm seats in order to refinish them. The only option I see is to remove 4 nuts from underside of each seat. The rear nuts are very difficult to access, so i purchased a long handled ratcheting box wrench. I was able to remove one passenger rear outside nut, but the others are very tough to get to. After a frustrating hour of knuckl-busting, I tossed in the towel. I would prefer not to pay to have them removed. Any advice would be appreaciated. I have previously done this on other boats without these issues.

Thoughts or advice?

Thanks!

I have reviewed all the available diagrams for your model in the Resources section of whaler.com without success.

Are you just looking to remove the cushions?

You might have sucess if you emailed customer service a detailed question. Include you already reviewed the diagrams.
