Whaler Central emphasis is on Classic Whalers before mid 1990's.
Newer models are shown in the Boston Whaler site.

Type in 1999 Outrage 210 even though you have an Outrage 21 model name.
Here are some documents shown attached below on the 1999 Outrage 21'
(BW lists it as a 210 Outrage which it is
NOT but they combine the older models together with the new 3 digit name)
Maybe other members here can give you some information about your model.
