Hello Everyone - I have a 2005 15' ALERT, same as a 15 Sport but with plastic seating not wood.
Issue I have is a leak in the rear hull plug, the one lowest in the boat.
It is NOT leaking around the plug. It is leaking by the push in piece that the plug goes into.

Here is a picture of the outside plug
Where can I buy these / how do I find the right part number for a 2005 CPD / Boston Whaler ALERT - SPORT 15.

thanks everyone!

Hopefully the rear picture attaches this time.

My rear plug seems to be coming out of the boat / not flush.
I am having issues attaching photos. The file is really small so that should not be the issue.

Are you turning the T part to tighten/loosen?

Email me the full size photos. Click on my name to get my email address.

Hi nvrenuf:
The name of the photos cannot contain any characters or spaces and of course the filesize needs to be under 200kb

The one you uploaded was fine and was named inside.jpg which is why it worked.

I have removed the factory looking pieces on the inside and outside of the boat.
My hole ID is 1.55" and is 14" long

I believe this is the factory size hole

Local boat repair only has brass forming crimp tool for a 1" hole.

Remember, this boat is an odd duck - ALERT 15

It is not a SPORT 15

thanks for all your support

Good to talk Scott.

Think you should be all sorted.
