Thanks a lot! I'm actually a sailor, so the small power boat scene is new to mean. I could swear that there was no outside drain plug on this boat. I do know about the starboard sump. The guy I bought it from stated that the deck storage areas will fill with water. There are plugs for these if you want to keep something dry, but you have to remember to remoce them in case of rain.
