Welcome and congratulations.

You should have 2 bunks, ~2' off both sides of the centerline.

Bunks can be 2x4 on the flat, covered in carpet or plastic.

Suggest at least 2 - 12" keel rollers at the rear cross member. To protect the keel from hitting the cross member and to allow boat easy launch retrieve.

Install rollers first, at highest height, then bunks. Adjust height of both so that the outer edge of hull does not hit fender. Weight is on the rollers, bunks just support the boat side-to-side only.
