Color choices aside, there is a lot of money in parts ( considering fuel tank, engine, fittings, railings / steering / (the Yeti cooler & cover is $500), seating fiberglass / epoxies/ sealers / paints, & labor (many hours disassembly, cleaning, filling, fairing, sanding, priming, painting, wood fabrication * finishing, reassembly, rigging etc. ) to bring a boat to this condition.

I'm not saying $78k is the right number but anyone who's done that kind of work is not going to give it away. I hope he gets it.

Plus when I get done restoring my 1984 Montauk I can list it for $65k /sarc
