I noticed on the whaler web site that the color whaler hull colors are paint option. In 1994 where the custom hull colors gelcoat or where they paint then also. I have a blue hull color. It is a 24 outrage limited edition. The hull hull looks almost like original whaler blue. Need to do repair but was unsure if it is paint or gelcoat. Really hoping it is geocoat.

Back in that period the few color options or special colors were gelcoat. A call or email to Whaler Customer Service can give you a firm answer.
