ytnoiz,
Any generic 13 foot sport cover will come with a drawstring type rope or bungee that goes around the circumference of the boat and will be drawn together and tied in the rear of the boat kind of like the elastic cord in a pair of sweat pants. They are available online from numerous suppliers from $80-$200 depending on the quality. Problem is that these covers are really trailer covers necessitating tying them down to the trailer and using poles to form a peak and make the cover tight so rain does not pool in the center of the cover pulling it into the boat. Trying to use one of these as a mooring cover for use in the water or on a lift will mean you will either have to be an acrobat in order to tie the cover to the lift to keep it secured and water tight or you will have to install some snaps on both the cover and sides of your boat so you can snap the cover to the boat to keep it on and tight and again use poles to make a peak for the rain to run off the cover. The second option is to find a local canvas guy who will make a custom cover that will also be held onto the boat with snaps or some other type of fasteners to keep the cover on the boat and again a couple of poles to hold the cover up to let water roll off the cover rather than pool in spots and pull the cover into the boat. The difference will be that the generic cover will look sloppy and homemade and the custom cover will look tight and work better, however, the custom cover could run anywhere from $250-$500 or so if you have a decent priced canvas guy, if it is anymore than that, keep shopping.
