Drafter, although I use my Supersport 15 for a number of things, my top priority for it is cove-hopping (love that term you invented!) with just myself and my wife on board. While the Supersport interior offers more and better seating than the Sport, it does not have a seatback on the port side of the front thwart. I typically sit on the stern thwart to starboard, and my wife on the front thwart to port, so I installed a folding seat to make things more comfortable for her - we're not teenagers either. I also raised the interior two inches to I'm not eating my knees, which gives you more usable storage space in the underseat compartment. You can see both of these on my personal page.

Specialty Marine sells a custom Supersport setup with seatbacks on both sides - I don't know if they'd build you a custom version 2" higher or not. It might be a little more expensive, but it really is true - happy wife, happy life!
