From observing trailer construction over the years.......I would never purchase a galvanized trailer with tubing construction. Many a time I see the tubing rusting from the inside out. The welds are structural and not meant to be water tight. I would go with channel construction. You do not see the problem till it breaks. Might appear as a weld starting to rust from the outside but the interior tubing walls are compromised. My 2 cents if buying new.
