Started today removing rubrail, handrails and misc. hardware. So far so good......
Will replace drain tubes, repair stress cracks, install leaning post, remove and inspect fuel tank, rework console and wiring, refinish teak, prime, paint a complete rework job. Now where did I put that bucket of money?

My bucket of money might be next to yours.
If you find it, please send it back to me.
Thanks

Take photos of your project and keep us informed.
Maybe start a personal page so we can see more photos.

Roger that.....my plan is to have boat complete by April and decide whether to keep the 2003 150 Johnson or repower....hence another $15 grand.....

Great post! I've been kicking over my bucket of money and then have to refill it every 3 months or so!! I'm in the middle of a project too, good luck and hang in there.
