You would need to contact Boston Whaler to get the accurate year for your Dauntless 13'. Give them your Stencil number of D70406 and they can give you the 12 digit HIN. Keep this number for your records and you can have a new HIN plate made.

From what we have, D70745 is a 1995 year model.
Your number is earlier then that but falls in line with the first year of the Dauntless 13' which was 1995.

So I would say from the Stencil number you gave us that you have a 1995 Daunltess 13' model.
