Not to hijack your thread but your boat is not a Montauk despite what the seller or title may say.
More likely a Katama if she looks like this:

If she has most of the original hardware and interior, she has value. Take some photos and post them.
There are dozens of members who have found boats that look horrid and with some TLC and DIY are now gems.
