I have an F70 on my 15 and love it, but if top performance with 4 people on board your Montauk is the primary goal, I would be thinking about the Honda. To some degree, it also depends on how fast you want to go, and of course how much the people weigh!

I am a firm believer in putting max horses on boats - this gives you more flexibility for times when you are heavily loaded, or for rough conditions or when you need to outrun a storm. The BF100 looks like a great motor - everyone seems to love their Hondas; the only downside seems to be that they aren't cheap! With modern fuel-injected motors, you don't pay a mileage penalty with a larger motor (within reason).
