1966 13' Whaler. The boat sat for 15 years, got her out of a neighbors garage and had the motor running within an hour. I've only taken a few brief fishing trips, but on the last trip the steering cable ended up in a knot. Does anybody have a diagram for how to put the cable back on, and also looking for this part under the steering wheel since it broke at the bottom.

I know that a new cable is a must, but looking for some feedback on how to salvage the rest of the summer and getting this repaired.
