Is there supposed to be a standpipe in the factory bait tank in the RPS? It doesn't seem like it would work without one. The boat I just bought came with the bait tank, but it was removed by the previous owner.

I don't remember the model year of your new Outrage 17 II, here is the 1998 model year drawing and parts list from www.whalerparts.com
