Thad-

There is not a significant difference between an Outrage 18 and 20.
I would not carry 10 people on a Outrage 22. You need to re-think your passenger counts. That is just not safe and there just isn't enough room to move around.

Here is how I see it on an Outrage 22:

3 on a full length stern seat
2 on RPS facing stern
Driver and passenger standing at console
2 on forward cooler.

That makes 9.

A) That is an old motor. If the motor fails, you are looking at 12k to repower. Main tank will need to be replaced ~$2k. I would pass since it is too small for 10 people.

D) If your boat has bottom paint, 10k, If not then 12K assuming it is very clean and the hull is shiny.
