The market in the area tells you the value. I give up figuring "What is it worth?". What is it worth to you? With a low offer the worst that could happen is the seller can say no. Are you in that big a rush? Do you have "....cash in hand...." and the ca-hones for immediate decision if you wait for that great deal in the next year or 2 that you jump on. I have a 22' 1979 Revenge that when purchased was basically a trailer, hull, and old motor. I was happy with the transaction but have seen better deals since. I wanted that particular hull. Noi regrets.
