Boston Whaler was bought by Brunswick Corp and they decided to change the hull design. The classic, (pre-Brunswick models), hull design was discontinued for sale in the recreational boater market The Revenge was replaced by Brunswick with newly designed boats from the Brunswick design team.

Interestingly, Brunswick continued to manufacture and sell classic hull boats under authority of the Brunswick Commercial Products Division, and can be purchased to this day.

I don't know of any model of any brand of boat that is still available and has not been " discontinued " and is 29 years old.
