I have a 1968 13' sport. When I paint the interior I would like to re-stencil the hull number. Does anyone know the proper size/font?

I am about to get a stencil made for my 18 Outrage. I called the stencil shop in my area and got a quote for $8 to make one from just the height measurement and run of he numbers. If you don't have yours still available let me know and I will post the ones from my boat. I am assuming they are the same from model to model

If you are going with the original color in your repaint and that the stencil number is still in good shape, I would just put masking tape over the stencil number and peel off when painted

bumping this thread to the top - has anyone ever figured out what Font to use on the hull. I'm repainting a 13, and would love to find a way to restore the hull ID number as well.

turns out Google works - for this wondering the font is called "Parking Lot" and on a Boston Whaler 13 1970 the size is approximately 3.25"w x .5"h
