I couldn't tell you and you did not say what year your conquest is but Boston Whaler keeps parts drawings on their website for boats from 1988-2013 at the following link

Giving us the year is very important.
Can't help much without knowing the year.
That is the first question a parts man for autos or boats ask.
What year is it?

I just purchased a 1998 21 conquest.
Love the boat, however the freshwater pump is intermittent. Any idea where it is located? I have checked the parts diagram at Boston whaler website and cannot find it Thanks in advance!

Frequently the fresh water pump is located at the base of the fresh water tank. That may be worth a look.
