I'm installing a teleflex helm on a new sport console with the 20 degree bezel and as I'm working with expensive wood, I'm thinking of using a hole saw to cut the hole for the helm. Does anyone know how big the hold should be to fit the helm and bezel.

Also, are there any diagrams or information so I know where to drill the holes for the helm and tachometer?

I think you will want a 3 1/4 inch hole. The Teleflex installation instructions should include a mounting template.
