Thread subject: Whaler Central - Boston Whaler Boat Information and Photos :: Hull Sounds

I am considering buying a late 80's Outrage 20. The hull has some evidence of damage on the starboard side, just inline with the cooler seat. When i knock on it, the sound definitely seems more hallow.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Should I not get the boat because of this?
