To answer the rest of your question, the 94qt cooler is the correct size.

It is held in place by bungee cords which go through the pre-existing holes in the cooler cleats, and crimped at each end. You will also need to buy the plastic Whaler "hooks" which screw into the cooler sides at the handles. I believe Twin Cities has them. See photo of my installation:
