I have committed to buying this boat but is it really a 1994? I saw a restoration project on this site of a 1964 and it looks exactly the same.

The splash dam tells me it is NOT a 1994. The side rails don't appear original to me either.

The boat in your photo is most likely before 1970
We would have to know the stencil number to narrow it down any further.

You guys were a big help. I think I have some leverage in this negotiation. I think I'm going to hear a dyslexia excuse when I go to pick it up and offer half our current agreement. I can hear it now,"That was supposed to be 1964 not 1994". Maybe he's really dyslexic? Anyway thanks for your help. It just didn't seem right with the color and wear. I hope I become a Whaler owner tomorrow. Ive always wanted one.
