I am considering the purchase of a 150 Montauk and am trying to decide if I should get the boat with a full bow rail, split bow rail, or no bow rail.

I will be using the boat primarily in coastal bays (to cruise and fish) and occasionally fishing the kelp beds just outside the bay entrances.

I would appreciate any input on the pros and cons of bow rails for this style boat.
