That model of Sentry is based off the classic Outrage hull with a different cockpit. This model was offered well into the post classic years.

CPD boats have many options and can be built to spec. so it's hard to tell what are standard options and what are truly custom.

Most government boats at auction have no history or records so don't count on anything the seller says.

Condition speaks of the value of the boat. Is that paint or gelcoat on the hull? What is going on at the transom? Is that stainless steel?

A 150hp on an Outrage 22 is a bit on the low side. Should see mid 30's at WOT?

Regardless of what the seller paid, it appears overpriced to me. That model is unique and not everyone's cup of tea.
