Does anyone know what is involved with replacing a fuel pick up line on a 2008 190 outrage?
Also does anyone know if there is a detailed repair manual available

What are you talking about, specifically? The fuel pickup, the pipe in your tank that the fuel is removed through, or the fuel line, the rubber hose that the fuel travels through from the tank to the engine?

There is no repair article.
The tank (and pickup) are referred to as a single part by Boston Whaler when discussing diagrams.
Go to
www.bostonwhaler.com select OWNERS, RESOURCES and Diagrams, Enter year and model, Select from list.
Here is the fuel system for a 2008 190 Outrage:

I would either pull the inspection plate or floor, check the anti-syphon at the end of the hose/draw. If still a problem, unfasten the fuel withdrawal assembly and replace with a new unit.
