All I did was fill the holes in the deck and sand them flush, and remove all of the drain tubes. Line-X did the rest. They charged me $1400 for everything, which was the entire deck and gunwales, slick coating the motor well, and they sprayed the top of the console and the bottom 4" of the console. The hull gained about 80#.
