I have a 1999, 23' Outrage needing new cushions/covers. I can remove the back rest and leaning post cushions, does any one know a company near Clearwater that can redo the cushions if I take them to them?

Also new to this place...just say'n hello.

Welcome aboard!

If you don't mind something that doesn't look completely OEM you can try nearly any upholstery shop in your local area. You just need to pick out a marine quality vinyl fabric and hand them over your cushions. I did that with my 18' Outrage a couple years ago and it's holding up great. Pics here:
