New owner 150 Super Sport wanting advice on what products to use to clean your boat specifically the hull? What brand do you use to wash and what brand of wax?
Thanks

Not that this matters much for this question, but it is always nice to know what year Whaler a person is referring to.
That is why we have the 3 guidelines for posting on the front page.

What year is this?

I just detailed a 1996 GLS 13'
I used 3M Restore with an orbital polisher.

Then followed that with my favorite car wax Mcquirer's #26
Mainly Yellow Carnauba Wax (sp?)

If you use the search function under the main menu, you will find lots of posts on hull restoration, waxing etc.

Learning to use the search function helps you to see many topics that have been discussed. Most of the time you will find a wealth of information. FYI

Best regards,
Doug

Along these lines I'd like to know what opinions are out there on using Simple Green for scrubbing the interior decks? I haven't tried it yet but would like to know what others experiences are with this product?

Simple Green works pretty good, Mr. Clean Outdoor, Barkeepers Friend works good on rust spots, 1200 wet sanding if all else fails :-)
