Hello again :-)
Just about ready to water test my boat, but have a couple additional questions.

1. While sanding around motor mounts, a small piece of the bedding material chipped away. This led me to think it was brittle. Should I have my motor re-bedded or can I add sealant around mount bolts? Any idea of costs to have this done?

2. The PO told me he kinked the fuel line. Looking at the fuel line from the portable tank, the line has been kinked near the fitting. Can I just cut off about 3" of hose and re-connect to fitting or should I buy a new fuel line and bulb kit? This line is the newer material rated for ethanol.

Should get my new 8" rollers and brackets in tomorrow to get the trailer set up correctly. Hopefully water test next week.
